Giddiness

The sensation of being unbalanced and lightheaded is known as giddiness or dizziness. You may feel queasy or have the unsettling feeling that your surroundings are spinning, whirling, or moving about you. It is also possible to feel faint or as if one is going to faint. Occasionally, giddiness is followed by nausea or vomiting. While giddiness can have a significant impact on a person’s life, it is typically a signal of a more serious underlying problem. This underlying issue might be as little as overworking yourself or as catastrophic as a stroke. The most common reason is neurological or inner ear problems.
